Karen Smalls is a Senior Consultant with HuMax Consulting Group LLC,  in Suwanee, Georgia.  Her varied vocation includes leadership development, strategy management, career transition coaching, business development and redesign, training program management development, behavior assessment, and delivery the management      of multi-­‐functional work teams; soft skill training, customer/guest service training.

Corporate trainer and consulting affiliate with the Ken Blanchard Companies.

Certified DiSC personality trainer,

Predictive Index Analyst and an AVA (Activity Vector Analysis) Personality Analyst.

Mr. Smalls is a loving teacher of simple truths that make a difference in people’s lives. He is committed to helping individuals develop their full potential. Bernard has studied business, the behavioral sciences, leadership, organizational development, professional communications and systematic theology at the collegiate level.

He has been a leader in the non-profit sector, running a feed the hungry and housing program for ten (10) years in conjunction with the municipality of Anchorage, Alaska. He has spent over 14 years as a corporate trainer, specializing in the areas of organizational leadership, sales excellence and customer service, in which he trained a team that made history winning all  (10) of the Excellence awards available for a Toyota franchise in the first year of business.

Mr. Smalls is committed to lifelong learning, continually searching for deeper knowledge and insight into human behavior. Bernard is a student of Psychology, presently on the journey to his PhD in Psychology through Capella University.
